EXCHANGE/ STORE CREDIT
That's Ok! We've all purchased something and it's not the right piece for me before.
our items are in high demand, and because of their popularity they move very quickly! Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will have another item in stock by the time we receive the original order to exchange, therefore, all returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit and this will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size or color, provided it is available.
But wait, here's the important part! The items must:
•The item must be sent back to us with in 7 days from the date the item was delivered
•Be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
•Not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.
•Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. we reserve the right to reject a return if we deem it is not in the required condition.
•buyers responsible for shipping the items back and forth , shipping fees are not eligible for a store credit
•buyers allow one exchange per one order placement , we do not allow multiple exchanges .
•All items that will be return without the clear bags that protect the item will be charged 5% restocking fee
•all returns must be send back to us within 3 days , if the item will be shipped after that time frame there will be a charge for late returning item of 15%
HOW TO RETURN
*All return or exchange must be contact our customer service at palaceofchic@gmail.com to receive your RMU number befor returning your package
PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE RETURN FORM. Please fill this form our as detailed as possible and include it in your returns parcel along with your orignal invoice. The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense and will not be refunded or added onto your credit note. Returned items not received or lost in transit will not be issued a credit note or replacement.
AFTERPAY RETURNS
If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the process is the same. Unless the item is deemed faulty, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

FAULTY ITEM?
We're really sorry to hear there's a fault in your item and will make it up to you!
All our items are examined from top to bottom before we send them out to our customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
In the case of a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to repair, replace, exchange or offer a store credit
A free returns label will be sent to you via email to cover your postage cost.
A replacement will be offered and sent to you as soon as we receive your parcel and deem it faulty.
If the item sold out of your size we can exchange for another available item or offer a credit note for a future purchase. We have new arrivals each week so we're sure you'll fall in love all over again on another item.

if you contact us after 48 hours please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs
if the buyer will choose to have another size or item to be shipped to them , they will need to pay the shipping for returning the item

The following items are non – returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:
•All sale items
•Jewelry
•shoes
•bodysuit and other intimates lingerie
•all sequins items will not be eligible for store credit or exchenge
•all under 20$ items all sale are final !!!
•Phone accessories
Swimsuit - we will accommodate exchanges for other size only !!!
for un worn , un wash swimsuit , sticker must be in place and item must be return with the clear plastic bag .
If the item is worn or returned without the stickers and tags we will not be able to accommodate exchange .
NOTE: all sequins items will not be eligible for store credit or exchenge
